Evolve Leadership Team

Evolve Government Consulting (EGC) is a new initiative that is focused on providing services to the public sector in the area of performance measurement and management.  EGC is built on the skill sets and experiences of its three Principals with numerous partners and subject matter experts that it can draw upon as needed.

The resources and experts that EGC brings to the marketplace are steeped in knowledge and engagements within the public sector, with an exceptionally strong understanding of the Canadian federal government.

Stuart Inglis

Mr. Inglis is a professional management consultant with more than ten years of experience focusing on strategic planning, governance and accountability, business transformation, performance measurement, and organizational change in both the public and private sectors.  Working with a variety of clients, he has been instrumental in strategy and service definition, business case development, implementation planning and financial analysis, change management and systems implementation.  Much of Mr. Inglis  recent experience has focused on design and analysis of governance and accountability structures, organizational strategies, implementation planning for shared and cross-jurisdictional service delivery.

Ed Vandesade

Mr. Vandesande’s career spans 19 years of senior experience in consulting, corporate and international environments, with a strong track record as a leader of large change and systems integration initiatives in public sector and corporate contexts.  Mr. Vandesande is an experienced professional with proven operational and analytical capabilities in strategy, accountability and performance measurement; supported by foundation of demonstrated delivery capabilities in information technology and systems integration; and enhanced through experience in a variety of cultural settings including international, corporate and consulting environments.  He brings a broad perspective and inventive nature to bear in bridging strategic vision, financial objectives, and day-to-day operational realities into a simple and comprehensive view of corporate performance.

Mr. Vandesande’s management consulting experience is complemented by his tenure in different senior executives, most recently as the General Manager, Corporate Performance Measurement for the Canada Post Corporation.

Geordie Adams

Mr. Adams has been working with senior public service decision-makers with great success for the last 10 years of his professional career and in the government industry sector for the last 3 decades.  Having worked on Parliament Hill, as a federal public servant, and as a senior executive for a major government partner, he has developed credentials, experiences, and references that are strongly desired by his clients today.  Mr. Adams has spent that last several years working at the Assistant Deputy and Deputy Minister level within the federal government providing strategic insight, research, and planning, performance and change measurement and management expertise, and organizational development leadership, among other elements.
